Consistent performance, good value

This was my third time using Signal House for our bulk SMS needs, and as always, the service was reliable. I've found their SMS Gateway to be consistently fast, and the API documentation is always clear, which makes integration smooth. Compared to my previous order a few months back, the performance for the delivery reports was just as solid. It's why I keep coming back for our business messaging.

Messaging Platform is super great

I can't say enough good things about Signal House! I used their Messaging Platform and it was so easy to set up with our marketing automation system. The delivery reports were instant and accurate, which is a huge plus for our campaigns. I had some free trial credits to get started, and they went a long way. I'm definitely planning on moving all our SMS workflows over to them. I've already told my team about it and they're excited to try it for their projects. Will be shopping here again for sure!

Signed up for the SMS API. Setup was fast, and the API documentation was straightforward. My test messages went through without issues. The delivery reports were accurate. No complaints with the service.

Good value, free credits helped

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the most cost-effective way to implement two-way messaging for our startup. Signal House offered some free API testing credits, which was a big draw. It allowed me to fully test the Inbound Message Handling and SMS Autoresponders without commitment. The per-message rates seemed reasonable after that, especially considering the quality of the service. I felt like I got good value for my money and the experience was worth it.

Got an email about Signal House's annual billing discount. Thinking of moving from monthly. Anyone done this and seen good savings?

P PoojaR 10 hours ago ✓ Best Answer
Yeah, we switched to annual last year. It was definitely worth it for us, saved a good chunk. Plus, you don't have to worry about monthly invoices.

P PoojaR 9 hours ago
I think it was around 15-20% compared to monthly. Depends on your plan though.

R Ravi_J 9 hours ago
How much was the discount roughly? Just wondering if it's worth the upfront cost.
4
N NikhilS 10 hours ago
I'm curious about this too. We're still on their developer sandbox access with free trial credits, but if we scale up, annual billing makes sense.
7
N NikhilS 10 hours ago
Not really, just focused on getting the API calls working. Good point though, need to check that out.
6
P PoojaR 10 hours ago
Definitely. Once you know you're committed, it's a no-brainer. Have you tried their messaging analytics yet?

A Ankit_SMS 9 hours ago
Following. My usage is pretty high frequency, so a volume discount combined with annual billing would be ideal.

P PoojaR 9 hours ago
They do have volume discounts. You should talk to their sales team, they were pretty helpful when we inquired.

A Ankit_SMS 9 hours ago
Yeah, I saw that. Just trying to figure out the best combo.

Are there any current coupon codes floating around? Trying to get a discount for a new account.

N Noor M. 1 month ago
They don't really do 'coupon codes' like a typical store. It's more about those free trial credits when you sign up or volume discounts if you're sending a ton.
2
M Mike 1 month ago
Yeah, I tried looking for one too. Best bet is probably to just sign up and get the free testing credits, then talk to sales if you're planning really high volume.

Anyone know if they offer special pricing for startups? We're a new company and every dollar counts.

D Dan 1 month ago
I think they do, yeah. Pretty sure I saw something about 'startup credits' on their site or in their FAQs. Might be worth checking out.

M Marcus D. 1 month ago
They definitely have a program for startups. You should reach out to their sales team, they can probably hook you up with some extra free credits or a specific deal.

How long does it take to get set up and actually send messages? I need to get a campaign out next week.

M Mark N. 1 month ago
If you're just doing basic stuff, you can probably be sending within an hour or two once you sign up and link your stuff. The API docs are decent.

It was pretty quick for me to get test messages going. The main thing is getting your CRM connected properly, that might take a bit longer depending on your setup.

Does Signal House actually integrate well with Salesforce? That's our main CRM and I need something that talks to it nicely.

C Colin Beaumont 2 months ago
Yep, integrates fine. Their whole thing is about CRM integration so that's kinda their bread and butter.

P Phil 1 month ago
I use it with Zoho CRM and it was pretty straightforward to set up. I'd imagine Salesforce would be just as easy, if not easier, since it's a big one.

Finally switched from Twilio to Signal House for our SMS marketing. The CRM integration with HubSpot was way smoother than I expected. Anyone else made the jump?

D DeepakK 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
Glad to hear that! We moved to Signal House last quarter mostly for their two-way messaging features. Setup was quick, and the delivery reports are way more detailed than our last provider.

D DeepakK 2 weeks ago
A little, mostly for initial welcome messages. Thinking of doing more with them for customer support though.

Yeah, the delivery reports are a lifesaver for tracking campaigns. Are you using their SMS autoresponders much?

Good idea. We're doing something similar.

I'm still on the fence. I got some free credits to test their API but haven't had time to dig in. Any issues with inbound message handling on your end?
1
V VikramG 2 weeks ago
That's good to know. My current provider is a headache with opt-outs.
4
P PriyaS 2 weeks ago
None so far, it routes everything correctly to our CRM. The opt-out management also seems pretty robust.

Oh, interesting! I've been with Twilio for ages but their pricing on MMS is killing me. What CRM are you using? I'm on Salesforce.

A Anjali 2 weeks ago
I heard their Salesforce integration is solid. My friend uses it.

P PriyaS 2 weeks ago
We use HubSpot, and it was pretty much plug-and-play. I know they list Salesforce integration too, might be worth checking their docs.

Is signal house good for small businesses just starting out? I don't wanna commit to big fees if it doesn't work out.

E Emma 1 month ago
Yeah they do free trial credits when you sign up, like 5 or 10 bucks worth I think? Should be enough to test things.
5
D Derek Kaur 1 month ago
Plus, no monthly minimum spend as far as I know. You just pay for what you use, which is nice if volumes are low initially.

How do these guys compare to Twilio? I've used Twilio a bunch but their pricing is starting to feel a bit high.

J Julia Ito 1 month ago
I switched from Twilio to Signal House for a project and honestly, the integration with HubSpot felt smoother. Pricing was definitely better for my volume.

N Nina Carter 1 month ago
From what I hear, they focus more on CRM and marketing automation integration, so if that's your main thing, they might be a better fit than Twilio which is more general.
